Neu Booking is responsible for the information you submit directly through this website. This notice covers our patient medical-tourism enquiry, Founding Creator application, email links and Instagram link.
Website forms and direct contact
You can submit a patient enquiry or Founding Creator application on this website. Selecting an email link opens the email service on your device, while selecting Instagram takes you to an external service governed by its own privacy terms.
Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect your name, contact and location details, medical needs and history you choose to provide, creator profiles and audience information, communication and content permissions, a creator signature, phone-verification details, consent records, and essential security or technical logs. Please provide only information that is relevant to your request.
How information is used
We use information to review and respond to requests, coordinate an initial patient enquiry with suitable independent healthcare providers when appropriate, administer the Founding Creator programme, send requested confirmations and updates, prevent spam or misuse, maintain accurate operational records, and meet applicable legal obligations. A healthcare provider remains responsible for medical advice, diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Service providers and authorised access
We use Firebase and Google Cloud for phone verification, database and private file storage, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend for confirmation and operational email. Access inside Neu Booking is limited to authorised staff according to their role. Patient information may be shared with suitable independent healthcare providers when needed to respond to the enquiry. We do not sell personal information.
How long information is kept
Unsubmitted form drafts remain only on your device and expire after 30 days. A creator signature is not included in the saved draft. Submitted applications, signatures, consent records, verification records, correspondence and operational history are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to review the request, provide the requested service, manage a resulting relationship, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
Your rights
Where applicable law provides, you may ask for access to your personal information, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to certain use, and withdraw optional communication or content permissions. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law or a legitimate operational need requires it. Withdrawing permission does not affect use that was lawful before withdrawal.
Local storage, verification and analytics
The forms use browser storage to save an unfinished draft on your device. Firebase phone verification may use reCAPTCHA and essential browser storage to prevent abuse. We have not enabled advertising or analytics tracking on the medical-tourism forms. Hosting and security providers may process technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
